Type what is on the shelf. Website orders and sales you add here lower these counts on their own. Cancelling an order puts its items back. On a row at 0, set the restock phase and date: that is what the store's Restocks page shows. When you type the new count, everyone waiting gets one email.
Codes take a percent off the items at checkout (never shipping). Turn a code off and it stops working at once. Each website order that used a code shows it on the order.
What the store shows in its header and on its home page. Preview shows the choices on your store without saving; Save makes them live. Products, prices, shipping, payment, and the gate wording are not here: those still change through Claude.
